Return and refund policy

At Oskie, we care about your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Window
  • You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale/discounted products
  • Custom-made or altered garments
3. Return Process
  1. Email us at oskieorignals@gmail.Com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Our team will confirm your request and guide you through the process.
  3. In eligible locations, we may arrange a pick-up. Otherwise, please ship the product back to our warehouse using a trusted courier. (Keep the tracking number for reference.)
4. Refund Options
  • Refund to Original Payment Method: Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Store Credit: You may opt for Oskie credits, which can be used for your next purchase.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, this is subject to stock availability.
5. Fees
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small processing fee may be deducted from the refund.
6. Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

7. Timeline
  • Quality checks: 2–4 business days after receiving the product.
  • Refunds: 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Store credits or exchanges: usually faster.
