At Oskie, we aim to deliver your children’s clothing quickly, safely, and with care. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how and when your orders will reach you.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Within India
- We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
- Metro cities usually receive deliveries faster; remote areas may take longer.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹79 may apply.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling charge.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can track the progress of your delivery in real-time.
5. Delivery Issues
- If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
- Oskie will assist in resolving courier-related issues, but we are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural events, or lockdowns).
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
- In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
